The Imagine Building was an integral step in fulfilling the dream of Hollister, MO native Tim Connell to create Imagine Technical Institute (ITI). Tim's passion for people with disabilities developed as he volunteered for disability-related organizations following his son's Autism diagnosis. His inspiration for the Imagine Institute name struck him while visiting Strawberry Fields in Central Park, a memorial to rock musician and activist John Lennon. While Imagine Technical Institute is an important tenant of the Imagine Building, there are plenty of office spaces to help you make your business dream come true.
In June of 2024 Tim and Kim Connell added 8 Downing Street to ITI Properties. Another passion of the Connell family is their love for the community of Hollister. They are excited to join in the revitalization taking place on Downing Street. Stay tuned to see what they will bring to 8A and 8B Downing Street.
